A collaborative collection of words for anyone who’s ever been in love alone.
Dear Reader,
We’ve all found ourselves, at one point or another, loving someone (or something) that doesn’t love us back. Old flames and exes. Friends and family members. Places. Cats. In the midst of our own experiences with unrequited love, we discovered anew the therapeutic power of words. Poetry and stories about others who were going through the same thing soothed our aching hearts like nothing else could, reminding us that love is never wasted. So this is our collaborative effort, our own collection of words, to explore unrequited love in all its forms and to bring hope and maybe some healing to anyone who’s been lonely in love.
Fortunately, we love you.
